About DateBie

DateBie is a free dating site. The premise is simple: the parts of online dating that actually matter — sending a message, reading a reply, filtering by distance — should not sit behind a subscription. That is the whole product.

DateBie is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, this site is not for you and you should not create an account or continue browsing. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

If you arrived here after answering "No" to the age question on our homepage, that is why. There is nothing on this page that requires you to be 18 — but the rest of the site does.

What we publish

DateBie publishes three kinds of page: city guides covering free dating in specific places, community discussion threads where members compare platforms and share experience, and a small set of guides on getting more out of free dating apps.

Community threads are member-contributed. We moderate for spam, harassment and anything involving minors, and we remove content that breaks those rules.

How we make money

DateBie links to other dating platforms. Some of those links are commercial arrangements. That does not change what our members write, and it does not buy a placement in a discussion thread.
